TEISON EV Charger Warranty Service Terms

Warranty Period

Charging Pile (AC/DC): 24 months from delivery date
Portable EV Charger: 12 months from delivery date

During the warranty period, under normal use conditions per the user manual, if the product is broken or damaged, TEISON will provide free spare parts or spare units for repair or replacement.

  • AC/DC Charging Connector
  • Android Display Screen
  • Auxiliary Power Relay
  • Cooling Fan
  • SPD
  • Current Shunt

What Is NOT Covered

  • Damage caused by incorrect use, unauthorized repairs, or alterations
  • Damage caused by fire, flood, abnormal voltage, natural disasters, or secondary product damage
  • Malfunction caused by transportation failures after purchase
  • Malfunction caused by not following the user manual
  • Damage caused by man-made factors or external devices
  • Unable to provide valid proof of purchase (product serial number or sale contract)
  • Normal wear and tear of consumables (fuse, wire harness, small battery, screw bayonet, etc.)

Service Response

Notify us in writing within 10 days of discovering a quality failure. TEISON provides an initial response within 2 hours (no later than 24 hours across time zones). TEISON will analyze the fault and provide technical instructions for repair.

After-Service Process (RMA)

  1. Customer returns item and RMA is created
  2. Serial numbers are recorded and basic fault diagnosis is performed
  3. Problem is diagnosed as software or hardware issue
  4. Software issues: resolved via remote update — RMA closed
  5. Hardware issues (in-warranty): components or whole unit replaced for free if repairable; otherwise negotiated with customer
  6. Hardware issues (out-of-warranty): repair quote provided; customer decides

Extended warranty must be purchased at the time of order.

DC Charger

1 Year 10% of sale price
2 Years 20% of sale price
3 Years 30% of sale price

AC Charger

Extended Period Price
1 Year 15% of sale price
2 Years 25% of sale price
3 Years 35% of sale price

Note: Replacement of consumables (charging gun, socket, structural components) is not covered under extended warranty.
